| Jack Watson - Program Director
Jack Watson was never a Boy Scout as a youth. Instead, he began scouting in 1984 as a founding member of Troop 15 in west Knoxville and hasn’t stopped scouting since. He served as the Troop Committee Chairman then later as the Scoutmaster for nine years. He is currently an Assistant Scoutmaster and Toqua Chapter Adviser for the Pellissippi Lodge and very active in all facets of scouting, from the troop level to the council level. Jack Watson is a graduate from the University of Tennessee with a degree in engineering. He has completed Wood Badge, is a Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow, and is also a National Camping School certified Program Director. As Program Director, Jack is responsible for every class and activity that goes on at Camp Buck Toms. He works directly with all of the Program staff to make sure everything in their areas is running well. He is responsible for solving any program related issues with the staff or campers. Every facet of the Camp Buck Toms program, from conception to implementation, is overseen by Jack. |

Larry Edwards - Business Manager
The Business Manager’s job begins as early as the December before camp, and may not end until the September after camp is over. He is often the first person that scoutmasters hear from when they show an interest in coming to Camp Buck Toms. Larry is responsible for helping all troops register for camp, planning out merit badge schedules for every camper, dealing with all payment issues for coming to camp, and a myriad of other business related activities.
